2003
New facility to replace the existing antiquated Library providing the campus with the center for information, learning assistance (tutoring), staff augmentation (Teaching Innovation Center) and the data and technology hub for each of the MiraCosta Campus locations. The construction classification of Type II fully fire sprinklered was utilized to accommodate the needed building size in the desired location adjacent to the existing Library. (47,790 S.F. / $10,315,755).

11,390 sq. ft. Family Medical Building with professional office lease space on the second floor.
2016
MiraCosta College faced a challenge and needed additional Biology Classroom space and they did not have time for a traditional stick built building. The decision was made to explore options for a modular building and they focused on providing their first self-sustainable energy efficient building. This project took less than nine months for design, state approval, building placement and site construction completion.
